Smoked Trout Cream Spread

At the office we are having our New Year Breakfast tomorrow. Everybody brings some item to the large buffet table.

Many items are just store bought, such as ham, sausages, cheese and salmon.
Depending on the individual person, you will see a lot of ALDI products on the table.

Nothing to say against these things. The quality is good.
Preparing something, other then serving just a finished item, is not so common these days.

It is mostly me, who comes in without a package to rip open.

Recipe:
250 g cream cheese
50 ml cream
Juice of 1 /2 lemon
100 g smoked trout filet
1 small clove of garlic
1 tbsp parsley
Szechuan pepper

Toss all of it in a blender and make a cream.
