Tortilla Wraps always come in large packages. Using 1 and throwing the others in the organic waste is not my style.
Now I am looking for a couple of hacks to eat them.
For breakfast I sauteed some green onions and added 2 beaten eggs with a little milk and seasoning to them. A wheat tortilla on top and 3 minutes time and the tortilla was ready to be flipped.
I used a plate to slide it on top and turned it over to get back in the pan that way. A hand full of Emmenthal to melt and then just a bit of fold over.
Spicy sweet paprika jelly on top, and I had a very tasty breakfast and 1 less soft tortilla.
