This is Korean streetfood. You can put it on a bowl of rice or Omurice.
It took me 3 tries to make it right. The first attempt went into the right direction, but I made holes in the omelet. I used the wrong chop sticks.
The second try went totally wrong. Not enough fat and a pan with a waffle plate. The eggs stuck everywhere.
But my third omelet went well. Since it was only an idea, I did not prepare anything to go with it. And I used Korean metal chop sticks. Just pull in the just cooking egg from opposite sides, keep the chop sticks one inch apart and start turning.
Ingredients:
3 eggs, pinch of salt and pepper, oil
To make it smooth, pour the egg through a fine sieve.
