I did not have any idea what to do with my leftover pastry. In these moments I take a look at Pinterest. I found a short video were someone spread Nutella on a rectangle of puff pastry. I did not watch all of it, just used the idea.
150 g Puff Pastry
Enough Nutella to spread a good layer
3 tbsp ground almonds
Egg wash.
Heat the oven 180 C and bake for 20 min.
