Burrata melting Snowman

I bought some Burrata a couple of days ago. This soft and creamy cheese is wonderful to cook with.

But you can also use it to lighten the mood on a cold and rainy Saturday evening. It takes a bit of creativity and some photos on the Internet to come up with a melting snowman.

The melted part below the "head" is a dollop of cottage cheese. The Burrata sits on top of it. I have a nice Xmas Holiday plate. That is wonderful for these kinds of things.

Some cherry tomatoes, parsley and olive oil and balsamico are going so well with the cheese.

After taking the photo, I tossed a lot more tomatoes on the plate and more parsley and had a nice Caprese style dinner.

Just use a piece of carrot for the nose, a hollowed out cherry tomato for the hat, some black peppercorns for the eyes and a little black sesame for the smile.
